Khaled Aziz is a distinguished expert with over 15 years of experience in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and school transformation. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Architecture department) from Cairo University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Total Quality Management from the American University in Cairo, Khaled has been at the forefront of elevating technical educational and training standards across Egypt.
He has extensive experience in managing international accreditation projects for numerous vocational training centers and schools. Khaled has successfully developed and implemented quality manual systems that adhere to international standards, leading accreditation projects from international organizations such as Pearson UK, City and Guilds UK, and Omnia Finland.
Throughout his career, Khaled has demonstrated strategic management skills by leading and establishing more than 20 Applied Technology Schools and 4 Vocational Training Centers. His work involved overseeing all aspects of transformation, including curriculum development, teacher training, infrastructure design, and quality assurance. He worked closely with several industrial partners to manage his projects, such as Talaat Moustafa Group, B.TECH, WE, FEI, Education for Life Fund, The Presidential Initiative (Ebdaa), and more.
Currently, as a VTEC Management Committee Member at the Alexandria Business Association, Khaled continues to influence the strategic direction for VTEC by successfully implementing vocational training and employment projects in collaboration with local and international organizations such as Exxon Mobil, NBE, USAID, GIZ, Sequa, ILO, WFP, and the Japanese Embassy.
